It's now 2018! We're more than stable with daily activity and we're ready to take on more players! Our players are knowledgeable and newbie friendly and look forward to meeting you!

*5 Classes (with multi-classing option of up to tri-class)
*Werewolves and Vampires can receive an HP or Mana bonus at their own risk.

*More than 200 zones and are actively building more!

*Active questing system that allow you to gather points to obtain unique & elite gear.
*Group runs offered daily to anyone who'd like to join.
*Bonus modifiers usually held on the weekends. (XP, Regeneration, Damage or Wussie (painless death) modes.)
*Regular events to mark increased holiday play.
*Kym has a spell bot logged in at recall. If you see her sitting at recall (or 1down in the study): 'tell kym spells' will get you a list of spells she'll cast on you to help get you started. (You can also tell her 'Summon" for a free ride home if you're in the present!)
*Best yet, a very helpful player base! Just gossip for help

Well, THIS WEEKEND it's a good time to start!

The morts have diced the weekend modifiers:

dammod Damage Modifier 90
expmod Exp Modifier 91
regmod Regen Modifier 52
wussie Wussie ON

So for this weekend, you're damage is increased by 191%, your exp gain is increased by 191%, your regeneration is increased by 152%, and Wussie mode is on. (This means you don't lose xp or generate a corpse when you die.)

The modifiers will be returned to normal Monday morning.

It's Monday... The mods are off and the game is back to normal. *sigh*

Wussie mode is also off which means you will generate a corpse and xp loss on death again.
(Note to the newbies: corpses under level 10 are brought to the donation room in case you
had lost your way.)

But all is not tragic! 300+ Red Quest Potions have been hidden around the mud.
10 Red Quest Potions can be turned in for 1 Quest Point [QPS]. (QPS can be used to buy
quest gear.)

Happy Easter! HexOnyx is celebrating!

Unfortunately, the Easter Bunny has already been killed and stripped of his ears... But not before hiding his ever-full basket of eggs in every timezone of the mud! So, we're having an Easter egg hunt! The NPCs have also been enjoying the hunt and have been collecting them as well so there's competition if you like the idea of taking the eggs away from the scavengers.

This is also a great time to start a char on HexOnyx! Today we've turned up the game modifiers! Those playing today will receive:

50% Experience bonus
50% Damage bonus
50% Regeneration bonus
No XP loss on death or corpses generated. (Wussie mode is ON!)

The majority of our players are in the U.S. timezone but I'm (Albus) on European time and should be on all day. Say, 'Hello' and I'll get you started on a head-hunting mission

Our players have been here 15-20+ years and we're eager to see some new faces so feel free to 'gossip' if you need any assistance.

The mods have returned to normal, yet there are still over 200 easter eggs left to find! However, we are leaving Wussie on and delaying the monday reboot / potions drop for a day so you can guys can help pick up the Easter Bunny's droppings...

Happy Friday the 13th!

If you listen carefully, you can almost hear Jason's theme song in the background... That's right! If you dare take a trip to Camp Crystal Lake tomorrow, you may walk away with an old and battered (yet powerful) hockey mask! Rumor has it that Jason Voorhees has risen again and is haunting Camp Blood along with his mother, but none of the cast from Friday the 13th parts I and II are heeding Crazy Ralph's warnings:

"You're doomed! You're all doomed!!"
