| Sandstorm is part of the CombatMud game-engine. Sandstorm is a PvE mud, (player versus environment) with a serious focus on Roleplaying (rewarded and highly encouraged)to make the world thrive with life. The PvP (player versus player) element is housed directly within the player ran guild system, which is also part of the RTS system, and a series of other small systems. Sandstorm has been in development since 1998; and recently was completely resculpted ground up, all new source code, and all new area development. It is in a state of development and is currently seeking betatesters for all new features, as well as staff to help write helpfiles, and generate the new area's as they are required.
