| It began on a cold winters night, the fires of the hallowed halls of Cargoth burned with delight as the servants scurried to get the Winter Festivals greens hung and presents wrapped tightly in their tiny packages. In the distance could be heard the sounds of several thousand horses and infantry moving slowly towards the borders of Cargoth. The steady thunder of a army moving like a thunderstorm with its rolling power behind it, destroying village after village in the hopes to have the lands fall by months end. But it would not be today, for they made a grave error on this day. The Lords of the lands had prayed well all year long and the favor of the gods were with them. Up in the heavens of Valhalla sat Lucifius, Brianna, and Kain all three watching the movements of the columns of soldiers as they moved towards the castle walls. With just a mere though Lucifius summoned the great hordes down to the plain of man. They would wait outside the castle of Cargoth. They would crush the enemies of Cargoth, quickly and for all times. The battle fast and went even faster, the armies opposing Cargoth were overrun in 18 minutes. It was a brilliant victory for Lucifius, and earned him trust in the realm as a God to be feared. Kain and Brianna adored Lucifius as a noble leader of the gods, a true friend and loyal leader. In celebration the gods threw a awesome celebration for the people of the realm and gods alike. This was the beginning of the rule of the Gods in Darkened Legends the rest is up to you the player. What will be your destiny? What legend do you want to start, or have started about you?
