| Are you sick of seeing great MUDS slowly wither away and die due to inactive owners and staff? Are you tired of growing bored with a mud after only a few days, weeks or months? Do you want some real entertainment? Welcome to Bad Trip. Originally created in the early 1990's, BT has been a staple in the mudding world. Surviving having its code stolen and a few other catastrophic events BT still stands. Currently BT is under new ownership which is why we have the new domain name. We have 4 yes FOUR coders working for us implementing new ideas, fixing old problems and expanding the horizons. The staff is a collection of long time players the majority of whom started playing BT back in the 1990's. We know BT and would love to help you learn to love it as much as we do. What is there to do? First off you will need to level and learn the mud. Currently BT offers 600 mortal levels. Leveling isn't extraordinarily hard, but instead designed so that you spend some time learning the mud. Also there are daily immortal run quests as well as automated questing and intricate quest areas. So even if manage to log on and not want to talk with anyone there is always something to do. For those that crave a bit of PvP excitement the PK at BT is second to none. PK at Bad Trip requires both skill and planning. Think you have what it takes to take on one of the current top dogs? I challenge you to try. Like RP? So do we! Bad Trip has mortal create and run clans. Get 5 of your friends together and start your own movement! Not interested in joining or creating a clan but still like to RP? That's fine too! At BT you get rewarded for RPing through a special RP token system. RP and collect some tokens and buy yourself a new spell or maybe a home. Regardless to what you are looking for in a MUD Bad Trip has something to offer.
