| It is the dawn of the Renaissance, in a world where magic is real... Games of Intrigue is a roleplaying MUX with a focus on intrigue and politics in an original low-fantasy setting. The locale is the island kingdom of Tilana, off the coast of Europe, in the early years of the Renaissance. In the palaces and townhomes of Tevera, the capital city, nobles scheme with and against each other. The Roman Church vies with the Old Faith, for worldly power as well as for the souls of the faithful. And in the back alleys, thieves and mages practice their respective arts in secret. |
