MudGamers registration changes

Due to the large number of spam registrations I'm getting lately I've decided to try using an invite code system. The current code is bartle so please pass that on to any of your players who would like to register on the site.

If it is just a bot that tries to register then you could try write the code below the box where you are to enter it.
