Like OtherSpace: New Journeys, Chiaroscuro now requires all new characters to submit biographies for approval before they get access to the grid.

We've opened the new chargen center today. With it comes renewed access to the steampunk-ish people of the High City of Halagh and the pantheon-worshipping islanders of the Weeping Stones.

We're looking for people to fill all kinds of roles, from crafters to soldiers to nobles.
