Enzo 02-22-2003 01:50 AM

Doesn't make it so there are less people in the city, therefore less money for the team? Will the Mariners ever get to a World Series?

Santrilla 02-22-2003 07:35 AM

Rytorth 02-22-2003 05:51 PM

Enzo 02-23-2003 02:54 AM

Your Russian grandmother?

Rytorth 02-23-2003 04:37 PM

I have a Russian grandmother?

Enzo 02-23-2003 09:36 PM

Wasn't that you? Or was it Santrilla's your grandmother?

Rytorth 02-24-2003 05:43 PM

*blinks. Peers at Enzo's question and blinks again* You're asking if Santrilla's my grandmother? Is Santrilla anywhere near that old? Is Santrilla even going to touch that question? Or am I just misreading your question, Enzo?

Ruobhe 02-26-2003 05:59 PM

why has this post become into a dicussion about our grandmothers? isn't it a little rude?

changing the theme, how have you been?

Rytorth 02-26-2003 08:17 PM

Enzo 02-27-2003 07:46 PM

Aren't we all just fine and dandy?

Rytorth 02-28-2003 07:42 PM

Eagleon 03-02-2003 07:30 PM

If you were, would you read my mind?
Can you read your own mind?
What would happen? Would it create a feedback loop?

And did anyone try making the cat/toast contraption yet?

Santrilla 03-03-2003 06:25 PM

Rytorth 03-05-2003 06:35 PM

Wouldn't the universe cause the point of the paradox to vanish?

And aren't there some fairly young grandmothers out there?

Santrilla 03-08-2003 07:33 AM

Rytorth 03-08-2003 01:06 PM

Santrilla 03-08-2003 06:56 PM

Surely the universe is just a thing, and doesn't have a personality? And surely therefore it can neither like nor dislike paradoxes? Anyway, whether it gets rid of it or not, will the consequences not be random and disastrous anyway?

Do you think you're old enough to be a grandparent?

Rytorth 03-10-2003 05:01 PM

Who says the universe doesn't have a personality?

And why doesn't one have to have children before one can have grandchildren?

Eagleon 03-11-2003 10:27 PM

Isn't the universe complex enough to have a personality? Because we have personalities, doesn't that mean that the universe does, as we are part of it?

What about grandpeople-in-laws?

Valarauko 03-12-2003 10:14 AM

Dont inatimate objects have no personality?
If they did, does everything have their own free-will, to chose what and where they go as they chose?

What the heck is a grandpeople-in-laws?

Santrilla 03-12-2003 02:35 PM

Doesn't it depend on how you define a personality? I mean, we think we have "free will", but do we choose whether gravity affects us or not?

Yeah, what the heck IS a grandpeople-in-laws?

Rytorth 03-13-2003 11:32 AM

Aren't grandpeople-in-laws the grandparents of the person you marry?

Santrilla 03-16-2003 07:28 AM

Rytorth 03-16-2003 04:15 PM

Maybe it's making my head hurt trying to figure it out?

gutterzombie 03-17-2003 11:59 AM

hello??

Rytorth 03-17-2003 06:03 PM

Santrilla 03-20-2003 06:37 PM

Rytorth 03-21-2003 06:29 PM

Isn't "The Sound of Music" or "Annie" (or whatever the one with Little Orphan Annie in it is really called) better?

Santrilla 03-22-2003 04:53 PM

Ruobhe 03-23-2003 04:45 PM

freezing, I think?

can you imagine what a great climate I'm having at my city?

Rytorth 03-24-2003 11:00 PM

Why do you get the great climate? Why not others?

gutterzombie 03-25-2003 11:30 AM

how can a climate be great are they not all the same?

Rytorth 03-26-2003 08:21 PM

Doesn't the climate differ depending on the latitude of an area, therefore causing a lot of variation?

Santrilla 03-28-2003 03:06 AM

Ruobhe 03-28-2003 04:32 PM

maybe it just better and more stable the climate the nearer you get to the equator line?

Sally 03-28-2003 04:57 PM

I'm still curious if we get cookies?

Santrilla 03-30-2003 07:14 AM

Doesn't everyone get cookies anyway? Have you philistines never heard of the Cookie Fairy?

Rytorth 03-30-2003 07:46 PM

There's a Cookie Fairy?

Eagleon 03-31-2003 08:14 PM

There are egg gnomes, so why not a Cookie Fairy?

gutterzombie 04-01-2003 12:35 PM

there are egg gnomes?

Rytorth 04-03-2003 06:05 PM

Is there any proof that egg gnomes and Cookie Fairies exist?

Santrilla 04-13-2003 10:31 AM

Well, how do you explain how the cookies magically appear in the cookie jar? Or eggs suddenly pop into existence beneath chickens?

Rytorth 04-13-2003 07:18 PM

Aren't chicken eggs the product of natural processes?

Ruobhe 04-15-2003 08:13 PM

how can you be sure? I mean, the last time I played a staring contest with a sitting chicken I totally lost (got bored and sleepy). Then, have you won a stare-at-the-chicken-until-it-laids-an-egg contest to prove it?

gutterzombie 04-16-2003 10:10 AM

does it seem that roubhe has to much time in their hands?

Rytorth 04-16-2003 05:47 PM

If we're answering this, does it seem like we all have too much time on our hands?

Arcos 04-18-2003 06:18 PM

Santrilla 04-19-2003 01:35 PM

Isn't this just a mindless form of entertainment for us poor MUDding fools, to take our minds off swords and sorcery for a few moments?

Rytorth 04-20-2003 05:43 PM

Why do you assume that all of us do swords and sorcery stuff?
