I think he refers to . From reading about the magazine on TMS it more seemed like an unlucky turn of events rather than someone trying to fool the customers.

I got ahold of Dale and he says he's send a response to the OP via email and has addressed the issue with the staffer of his company responsible for the issue.

Dale emailed me explaining what happened and has assured me the server will be sent out Monday or Tuesday, shipping and insurance costs paid for by Wolfpaw.

Sherlock, the server, arrived today. I'd like to thank Dale for his personal attention in determining what was going on and in making sure that everything was figured out. It's a relief to know it's finally arrived and looks good.
