Something I've encountered on another Ikonboard is an Archived Threads forum. Moderators can move interesting/insightful/informative topics there after some time has gone by - basically when the thread is dead. New threads can't be created there, nor can replies be posted to archived threads. It's been a very useful thing at times, as it prevents front-page clutter from pinned threads on other boards, and it allows regular pruning to occur.
I'm not sure if it'd be feasible or not, depending on data storage limits. Just thought I'd throw the idea out there. |

I'd love to see that, especially since I have a bad habit of going back a month or two later and looking for a specific conversation.

I think that would be useful to have, especially in forums like the advanced concepts, building, and coding. Sometimes I go back to read the older threads and I have a hard time finding the relevant threads.
