The inquisition code base (Inq 2.5)
I did a google for RPI a few days ago and the Inquisition was top on my list. I found out recently that the code base is open and available for others to use. I was wondering if anyone knew of any other games, live or in production, that are using the codebase - and running a slightly different theme. I found another one: The Burning Post, but its not really what I'm looking for.
I just can't get into the orginal game, but I love the code base. So, I just thought I'd ask. Thanks! |

Go and read the agreements.
Then send the e-mail it talks about to get the codebase. Hope it helps. |

Re: The inquisition code base (Inq 2.5)
Thanks abunch, but I've seen that link. I was actually looking for games that are currently running this codebase. I found two games already, but they have similar themes, that I just can't get into.
Thanks again, though. |

Re: The inquisition code base (Inq 2.5)
So I am aware that this is a very very VERY old thread...but today I was thinking similar lines. Is Inq 2.5 codebase deployed with other storylines, perhaps of higher fantasy?
I found this....I think its partially based on Inq 2.5 code, wtih a completely revamped storyline. But it appears to have been in early alpha for years. HOwever their story is fascinating, the artwork beautiful...I'd personally continue hunting until I find a way to contact the immortals (no way to contact them at the moment, and their forums are not accepting registrations), and I'd be watching to see if they pick it up again. Anyone heard of news about this yet? |
